Check-In & Out
- We accept check-in and check-out anytime between 11am to 7pm
- Full day rates will be charged regardless of check-in/out time
- Full payment is required prior to check-in
What's Provided

- We provide comfortable bedding, bowls and toys for your furbabies. However, we encourage you to bring familiar bedding, toys and treats from home
- Lots of love, care, and attention to your furbaby!
Meals
- Meal times are once in the morning and once in the afternoon, do let us know if your furbaby has a different meal schedule
- We serve kibbles and some treats (included in boarding/daycare price)
- If your dog has any specific diet and/or picky eater, do bring along and we'll feed as per your instructions
Vaccination & Requirements
- All pets must have proof of updated vaccination (rabies, distemper, kennel cough)
- All pets must be free from ticks and fleas
- Pet owner must present a valid ID prior to check-in to avoid pet abandonment
Onboarding
- For first time boarders, we require pet parents to fill up the Onboarding Form prior to checking in
- This is to get to know your dog(s) so that we can maximize their experience while staying with us
