By using this Website or placing an order through this Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is your obligation to read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering Products from the Site.

1. Our Guarantee

Sharkie’s Adventure will provide design details accordingly as specified in the invoice. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your pet’s special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order.

2. Allergic Reactions

As with the introduction of any new food, allergic reactions are always a possibility. Please take note the ingredients used in each product, especially if your pet has allergy history. We will not be held liable for any allergic reactions arising from the consumption of our products. Please message us for the list of ingredients used on your order. List of ingredients used will be provided upon request.

3. Storage & Shelf Life

Cakes and pupcakes will last up to 5 days in the fridge, it can be displayed at room temperature for up to 3 hours. We do not recommend displaying or storing the cakes in warm and humid areas. Avoid direct sunlight.

Please be aware that variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake and frosting to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or in color or shape due to weather conditions.

4. Care & Handling

We are not responsible for any damage on the cake/pupcake during transport. Our liability ends as our products leave our premises. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure delivery courier for the cake(s). You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake before pickup.

Cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as smudges, melted frosting, and cracks, etc. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated below.

5. Payments & Cancellations

  • All prices are non-negotiable. All payments are non-refundable.
  • Full payment is required to reserve a slot. Any changes requested after payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges based upon date and time availability.
  • Before submitting your order, please ensure that you type your pet’s name correctly, as we cannot be responsible for errors which may result in the late release of your order.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the details written in the order form are all correct. The system will automatically send a confirmation email listing out the details of your order. This confirms receipt of your order. A contract between you and us is only formed when we recieve your payment and send you a confirmation email that your order and payment has been acknowledge.

6. Refunds

Sharkie’s Adventure will not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet our quality standards once a cake/pupcake has been picked up. Additionally, under no circumstances will Sharkie’s Adventure provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered.

We only give refunds in the unlikely event of the product(s) not meeting the flavor, size, and general description detailed above.
