You may choose the location closest to you when checking out your purchase on our website.

We do not have in-house delivery.

PERSONAL PICK UP or BOOK YOUR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE.

This is to ensure that you will receive your orders timely and be updated on the status of your delivery at your own monitoring.

We require a 24-hour lead time for the orders. However, you may inquire if we have available slots for same day orders. In the event that we have a slot available for same day pick-up, the payment cut-off will be at 12PM, and pick-up 3PM onwards.

Any orders after 12PM will be considered next day pick-up. Limited available cakes daily. We do a first come, first serve basis.

You can pay via GCash or bank transfer to our UnionBank account.

Mode of payment will be visible upon checking out the product on our online shop. You will receive the order summary and mode of payment in your email too.

You may choose from the designs and color options on our website. We do not do special customizations at the moment.

An order confirmation will be sent to your email with details of your selected pick up date, timeslots, and payment information.

Please make sure to check the Spam or Junk folder in your email or follow up on us if you have not received our order confirmation.

All orders are deemed final upon payment. Sharkie’s Adventure will not accept any cancellation and refund requests. However, we may accept change of dates under strict conditions.

All orders are deemed final upon payment. Sharkie’s Adventure will not offer refunds or exchanges for products that meet our quality standards once a cake/pupcake has been picked up.

Additionally, under no circumstances will Sharkie’s Adventure provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered.

Yes. We use all natural and healthy ingredients. No salt, no added sugar, no preservatives.

Your fur buddy deserves the best especially when it comes to food. We want to keep them happy and healthy!

Yes. We use all natural and human-grade ingredients that are safe for cats too. The same place we buy our food, we also buy the ingredients for our pet cakes. Cats are part of our family, we believe they deserve only the best.

Our cakes and pupcakes are good for about 5 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To prolong shelf life, we recommend you wrap or put in an airtight container and freeze.

Yes, but not advisable.

We use human grade ingredients and our cakes are fit for human consumption. However, it might not taste great to you as there isn’t any sugar and salt in it.
